There are 22 rustic cabins available at Camp Clifton. They have electric lighting and electrical outlets. There are no toilets or showers in the cabins. (Cabin renters must use the shower houses with the campers.) Sleeping accommodations are bunk beds. (Bring your own linens and pillows.)The cabin rental fee is $50.00 pre-registration or $60.00 at the gate. (Minimum occupancy 2, Maximum occupancy 8.) The cabin rental fee is above and beyond the per person festival fee. Cabin rentals will be on a first come, first served basis!
Sorry, no facilities are available for RV's and motor homes. Pop up trailers must be approved by our Purse Warden or Senior Druid before arrival, as space and electric hook-ups are limited.
Merchant Information
Merchant space rental is included in the festival fee for pre-registered merchants. Merchants not pre-registered will be charged $40.00 at the gate, if space is available. This fee includes one table frontage. Other accommodations will be assigned as resources permit (i.e. additional tables, etc).
Space within the Vendor's Faire is limited and generally available on first come, first served basis. We make every effort to accommodate all vendors that attend our gatherings. However, the issues of 'prime location' or 'square footage' can not be guaranteed. Space limitations, turnout, product needs, and previous year's attendance will greatly influence the floor layout and size of the booths available.
Meal Plan
The meal plan is available through Pre-Registration ONLY!! The cost is $45.00 per adult for the weekend and $35.00 for children 12 and under.
A paying parent or legal guardian must accompany all children under 18.
